From October to May, Children's Formation is provided from 9:30am-10:00am in the Children's Room (lower level). This program is open to ages 6-14. Younger children are encouraged to join with an adult. Conversational teaching is offered with a time of reflection and prayer at the end.
Volunteers have passed background checks, and have taken "Safeguarding God's Children" training through the Diocese of Maryland.
We have a children's room connected to the sanctuary. There windows into the sanctuary and an audio feed to allow full participation in the service. This space is intended for nursing mothers and parents of young children who need a place to wiggle during the service.
