The Church of the Transfiguration Outreach ministry seeks impactful ways to support and address the needs of local, national, and international communities.
Outreach Committee
The committee makes grant funding decisions in support of our Lord's command to care for the 'least of our brothers and sisters'. We fund annual grants to certain local organizations that provide necessities to those in need. Throughout the calendar year, we champion events and drives, such as food bank, personal hygiene, clothing, and holiday collections. We support beyond the local community in special requests for disaster relief funding via Episcopal Relief & Development.
